Private sessions combine yoga, assisted movement, bodywork, breath, and touch into a personalized experience shaped around your body and what you need that day. Drawing on more than 18 years of teaching, I bring these elements together based on your preferences, interests, and what you’d like to explore.
A session may begin by helping you settle and arrive in your body, then move into guided or assisted movement, stretching, mobility work, and Thai Yoga-inspired bodywork. At other times, the emphasis may be quieter and more receptive, with less active movement and more sustained hands-on work. The balance can shift from session to session.
What makes this approach different from a typical yoga class or bodywork session is the way the elements are allowed to flow together. Movement can lead naturally into touch. Breath can deepen a stretch. Hands-on support can help you experience your body differently than you might on your own.
These sessions can be especially valuable if you want individualized attention, greater ease and mobility, a deeper relationship with your body, or simply a space to slow down and experience movement and touch in a more integrated way.
Sessions take place in the privacy and comfort of your home, creating an environment where you can settle in without the distractions or formality of a studio.
